MYSTIC BODY METHOD
WORK WITH ME
You bring the body. We find the way in.
You do not need to decide whether you need fitness, movement, bodywork, breath, coaching or something you cannot yet name.
You may arrive with pain, tension, a fitness goal, an unusual gait, a post-rehab body, an anxious nervous system, a desire to move differently—or simply the sense that something is being held.
We begin with the person and body who are actually present.
In Mystic or on Zoom.
ONEÂ METHOD. MANY WAYS IN.
Your body does not arrive as a category.
A person is rarely only a back, a jaw, a gait, a fitness goal or a nervous system.
Mystic Body Method looks at the whole living arrangement: breath, posture, movement, state, support, compensation, habit, history, intention and whatever else is participating in the present moment.
I may use movement, strength, yoga, Pilates, breath, true-core practice, coaching, massage, craniosacral work or another appropriate tool.
The tool is not the method.
The method is learning to see what is actually happening—and finding the smallest meaningful way to begin changing the relationship.
The tool is not the method.
DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN?
Get Your MBA
Mystic Body Assessment. Not the degree. Something more useful.
Everybody has an X.
Your X may be pain, tension, imbalance, restricted mobility, stress, an athletic limitation, a pattern that keeps returning or something harder to name.
The MBA does not require you to determine the correct service before arriving. We observe how you stand, breathe, move, organize, compensate and respond. We begin locating what brought you here—and what may be operating underneath it.
The MBA is available in person in Mystic and worldwide on Zoom.
WAYS IN
Work with the body that is here now.
01
ONE-TO-ONE MYSTIC BODY METHOD
Available in Mystic or on Zoom.
Private MBM sessions bring movement, breath, posture, strength, mobility, true-core awareness, state and lived experience into one responsive session.
The work may be quiet or active. We may stand, sit, lie down, walk, balance, breathe, articulate, wobble, stop or notice something that changes the entire direction of the session.
There is an arc—but not a script.
FITNESS, MOVEMENT AND TRUE CORE
Available in Mystic or on Zoom.
This is personal fitness without abandoning the person for the exercise.
We work with strength, mobility, balance, gait, spinal articulation, breath and coordination while continually asking a central MBM question:
What state are you in while you are doing it?
The objective is not merely to complete the movement. It is to become a stronger, more fluid and better-organized organism while remaining present inside your own body.
02
HANDS-ON BODYWORK
Available in Person in Mystic.
Hands-on sessions may include massage, craniosacral work, assisted movement and other forms of attentive bodywork.
The work is not limited to chasing the tightest muscle or temporarily quieting the loudest area. We listen through touch for patterns of holding, support, compensation and relationship throughout the whole body.
03
BODY-CENTERED COACHING
Available in Mystic or on Zoom.
Sometimes the X is not only physical. A state, habit, relationship, decision or repeating pattern may be living through the body as clearly as it lives through thought.
Body-centered coaching brings attention to the present state rather than remaining entirely inside the story about it.
This is not psychotherapy. It is an opportunity to notice how a lived situation is being organized and embodied now.
04
SVELTE IN SEVEN
Available privately on Zoom.
Svelte in Seven is a seven-week plan to streamline your mind, body and soul.
It is not a diet plan or any such thing. It is a personal Mystic Body Method training in self-study, true form, inner state and core power.
You may enter Svelte in Seven directly without first completing an MBA.
05
WHERE WE MEET
The body remains the body—even on Zoom.
IN MYSTIC
In-person sessions allow access to hands-on bodywork, specialized equipment and the full physical environment of the Mystic Body Method practice.
We can move between observation, movement, touch, rest and direct bodily experience according to what the session requires.
Zoom removes geography—not the body.
ON ZOOM
Zoom removes geography—not the body.
I can observe how you enter, stand, sit, breathe, walk, move, brace, transition and respond in real time.
You remain inside your actual environment, working with the floor, wall, chair, room and daily-life conditions already around you.
An MBA, private fitness session, movement practice, coaching session or Svelte in Seven meeting can all be Zoom-able.
01Â ARRIVE
Notice the body and state that entered.
02Â INVESTIGATE
Explore the X, the pattern and what may be happening underneath it.
03Â CARRY IT WITH YOU
Take the smallest meaningful change into standing, walking, sitting, eating, training, working and ordinary life.
IN MYSTIC
There is an arc, not a script.
A session begins with what is actually present.
We may notice the state in which you arrived. We may observe standing, sitting, breath, gait, movement or the way your body approaches a seemingly simple task.
We may remain with one discovery longer than expected, move in an entirely different direction or follow a tangent that proves to be the actual center of the session.
The work is not packed into a predetermined performance.
The arc is awareness: recognizing the state in which you entered, what changed and the state in which you leave.
BEGIN WHERE YOU ARE
Bring your X.
If you know exactly how you want to work, choose that doorway.
If you do not know what you need, begin with the Mystic Body Assessment.
Either way, you do not need to arrive fixed, flexible, calm, fit, certain or already good at having a body.
You only need to arrive with the body you have.
