Presto — Find Your Square One! Not everyone loves square one. You roll the dice. “Go back to square one.” It feels like losing. We want to get ahead. We want to know what’s next. We want to leap across the board. But your body is not a board game. It is a living organism—of movement, perception, and possibility. So we return. Not as punishment. As orientation. Stand up. Land on your own two feet. Barefoot, or in socks. Feel the ground. This is the crux: Your feet are not here to hold you stiff. They are not meant to brace and lock. They are sensors. Hundreds of thousands of nerve endings taking in information—texture, pressure, direction, change. Your feet are listening. And what they sense, they send to the brain.

So now— It’s as if your brain is at your feet. Inside your ears, the vestibular system tracks motion, balance, orientation in space. Your proprioception maps where you are without looking. Your nervous system is constantly asking: Where am I? How am I? What is happening now? This is your body. Not a machine to force. Not a set of muscles to isolate. Strength without sensing is noise. We don’t begin with force. We begin with listening. Open the sensory system. Let the body report. Because what you call “how I am” is a story—told by sensation, interpreted by the mind. So who are you now? Not yesterday. Not who you want to be. Now. This is your manifesto. Not a fixed statement—a living one. A mini-series. A daily orientation. Every morning: Feet on the ground. Pause. Sense. Where am I? How am I? From here—you move. You choose. You create. You build. But not from imagination alone. From contact. So begin. Again. What is a Manifesto (MBM version) A manifesto is not a declaration of who you wish to be. It is a snapshot of contact. Most manifestos try to convince. This one reveals. Not ideology. Orientation. Not performance. Position. A Mystic Body Manifesto is simple: Where am I? How am I? What am I sensing? That’s it. From that—everything else follows. It is not fixed. It updates. Like breath. Like balance. Like you. Think of it as a rudder. Not the engine. Not the destination. Just the thing that keeps you in relationship with where you are going. The MBM Manifesto The body is not a problem to solve. It is a narrative already in motion. Pain. Tension. Anxiety. Strength. These are not random. They are expressions of organization. The Mystic Body Method begins here: Inside → Out. Not forcing the body into shape—but allowing it to organize from sensing, breath, and relationship. Awareness through movement. Not thinking about change. Not chasing results. Moving in a way that lets the body reveal itself. When the body is heard, it reorganizes. When it reorganizes, strength appears. CRP — Core Reprogramming Position There is a place to begin. We call it CRP. On your back. Knees bent. Feet on the ground. Nothing fancy. But this is not “rest.” This is listening in a different orientation. The ground supports you. The breath becomes visible. The body no longer has to perform “upright.” Here—you can begin to notice: Where am I holding? Where am I not breathing? What happens at the end of an exhale? CRP is not an exercise. It is a position where the system can reorganize without being pushed. Start there. The Prompt Write Your Square One Manifesto 3–10 lines. No poetry required. No performance. Where am I right now? What do I actually feel? What am I noticing that I usually skip? Write it! If you would like to send your results, email them to: rodolfo@mysticbodymethod.com
